Question
I did not buy this new so do not have the original set up disks. I have tried holding the "0" key down and starting the machine but this does not work for this model.
Answer
A recovery CD is usually provided by the manufacturer. It typically contains everything that was on the machine when it left the factory. That normally includes the operating system, additional software or programs, drivers, trial software like an antivirus program, etc. So it would be difficult, if not impossible, for a user to create a recovery CD. I'd suggest contacting Toshiba since they might have recovery CDs available for your model. http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/cfam.to?seg=HHO&coid=-26377&sel=0&rcid=-26367&ccid=1291021 Or you could try this website. http://www.user-guides.co.uk/ wwbgd Permalink:
